We offer coach-led sessions throughout the week so you can choose the days and times that work best for your lifestyle. All classes are designed for adults 40+ and focus on strength, mobility, balance and sustainable conditioning. Below is a quick overview of each training option and when it’s offered.

 

Adult Team Strength

Build strength through safe, joint-friendly training.

Days: Wednesday, Friday

Times: 

  • Wed: 5:00–5:45 AM
  • Fri: 5:00–5:45 AM, 6:00–6:45 AM

 

Adult Team Metabolic

Improve conditioning, burn calories and boost energy.

Days: Tuesday, Thursday

Times: 

  • Tue: 5:00–5:45 AM, 8:30–9:15 AM, 4:30–5:15 PM, 5:45–6:30 PM
  • Thu: 5:00–5:45 AM, 4:30–5:15 PM, 5:45–6:30 PM

     

Adult Team Hybrid

A balanced mix of strength and metabolic training.

Days: Wednesday

Times: 

  • 6:00–6:45 AM, 9:00–9:45 AM, 4:30–5:15 PM, 5:45–6:30 PM

     

Small Group Personal Training

Personalized coaching in a supportive small-group setting.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Times: 

  • Tue: 6:00–6:45 AM, 7:00–7:45 AM, 11:30 AM–12:15 PM, 12:15–1:00 PM, 3:30–4:15 PM, 5:15–6:00 PM
  • Wed: 5:30–6:15 AM, 7:00–7:45 AM, 8:15–9:00 AM, 10:00–10:45 AM, 11:00–11:45 AM, 5:15–6:00 PM, 6:30–7:15 PM

Open Gym

Flexible training time for members who want extra practice or independent workouts.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Times: 

  • Tue: 7:00–9:00 AM, 3:30–4:30 PM
  • Wed: 7:00–9:00 AM
  • Thu: 7:00–9:00 AM, 3:30–4:30 PM
  • Fri: 7:00–9:00 AM 

 

Middle School STrength

Strength training for young athletes looking to build foundational skills.

Days: Wednesday, Thursday

Times: 

  • Wed: 3:30-4:15 PM
  • Thu: 6:30-7:15 PM

 

Saturday Strength | Metabolic | Mobility

A rotating Saturday session offering strength, conditioning and mobility work.

Days: Saturday

Times: 

  • 7:00-8:00 AM, 7:15-9:15 AM
