Ryan McDonough Notches 100th Point For NO. 4 Chicopee Hockey, But NO. 6 Agawan Tops Pacers

Junior forward Ryan McDonough earned his 100th career point, but the No. 4 Chicopee hockey team fell to No. 6 Agawam, 5-4, on Saturday.

McDonough earned a goal and an assist in the game for Chicopee, which suffered its first loss of the season and fell to 12-1. John Baker had two goals and two assists for the Pacers.

McDonough now has 45 goals and 55 assists in his career, with 25 goals and 19 assists for 44 points this season.

Agawam (4-9-1) got two goals and two assists from junior Steve Grasso in the victory. Freshman Ryan Laudato added two goals – the first two goals of his varsity career – and junior Anthony Passerini earned a goal and three assists for Agawam.

Agawam goalie Connor McAnanama turned in a strong performance, turning aside 46 of 50 shots.
