How Not To Be Afraid To Be Different

It’s OK to be different and to think differently than the majority.

For the last 4 months I have been diving into the Ayurvedic philosophies of balancing the body with respect to exercise, nutrition and overall well being. I believe this is where the fitness industry will be trending in the next decade. From a personal experience, I have never felt better in my life. It wasn’t easy. Many people were questioning why I was doing certain things that seemed to go against the grain of “the norm.”

We live in a society of cultural norms where, for the most part, people tell us how to live and how to think. However, if you’re reading this you are probably in the minority when it comes to questioning some of these cultural norms.

On this motivation Monday I want to give you the confidence you need to feel good about the decisions you are making (for you) or planning to make in the near future.

No need to wake up stressed anymore.

No need to be concerned when someone questions your actions. You have a deeper purpose that will manifest out of you once you have the confidence that you are not alone.

Take 20 min and listen to this on the way to work, or go for a walk at lunch, or listen in 10 min chunks when you have a break in the day.

I guarantee you will feel better and will approach this week with a new attitude, after you listen to a short 20 min podcast by Dr. Stephen Cabral – How Not To Be Afraid To Be Different.
