WHY NOT ME?

There are 4 mindset principles that I like to use.

I'll give you the first one today.

WHY NOT ME? 

Many of us are filled with self-limiting beliefs and self-doubt. "I will never... I Can't... It's not possible... etc. 

Every human has an ongoing list in their brain.  It looks something like this:

Good Stuff:        Bad Stuff:

1.                       1. 

2                        2. 

3.                       3. 

 

What we focus on is what we feel.

Unfortunately, too many people are "negative nellies,"  and focus on the bad stuff list.

When you feel yourself drifting towards this negative side you can do a few simple things to snap you back to focus on.

  1. I am... I Can... I will... I do...  Complete the rest of the sentence with something from your good list.
  2. No matter what you face, tell yourself, "I can handle this!"

TODAY, let's begin to focus on your GOOD list and begin to feel more energy and positivity!
