The Best Start – Part 2

If you ever thought about what it might take to make a permanent transformation in your health and go after a weight loss goal, it can seem like a daunting and unachievable task. Kind of like packing up your entire house!

The thought of having to exercise everyday and eliminating some of your favorite foods can be very defeating. Your feet haven't even hit the floor yet on your first day and the negative thinking can take over. You can easily be defeated before you even start!

The finish line can be a very distant blur and cloud your mind of your true potential. The focus needs to become a mindset that every journey begins with one simple step. If I told you that you have to run a marathon, that might seem impossible. If I told you that we are going to take just 1 step a day for the rest of the year…And at the end of the year you will be be able to complete the marathon, that goal would seem much more achievable. Remember, you now have a plan right? So in order to execute that plan you have to MOVE one foot in front of the other.
