Over the last 15 years, the CSF Summer programs have served as a foundation for athletes to maximize their potential and prepare for the upcoming season. Most importantly we have given athletes the tools to build their bodies from the inside out, resist injury, increase self-confidence, and set themselves apart from the competition.



Collegiate High School and Middle School Athletes

This Summer:

  • Become FASTER, STRONGER, and better CONDITIONED than ever before.
  • Gain a distinct advantage over your peers and dominate tryouts this Fall.


Middle School Athletes:

  • Will establish the foundational movement patterns for optimal growth and development.
  • Enhance age-specific strength, speed, balance, coordination
  • Improve self-confidence.
  • Improve overall health and fitness in a fun and energetic environment.
  • Understand the importance of establishing good nutritional habits.


Speed, Acceleration, and Change of Direction:
Every session will focus on the following:

  • The technical aspects of acceleration and change of direction
  • Developing the techniques for max velocity and top-end speed
  • Metabolic sports-specific conditioning
  • How to effectively change direction to minimize a non-contact injury



  • Take back control of what you focus on
  • Develop strategies to overcome adversity on and off the field
  • Learn how to control who and what you let into your mind 
  • Take back control of how you measure success and progress



Middle & High School Summer Strength Academy:

  • YOU MUST schedule ahead of time.
  • No Walk-Ins
  • Once you purchase your session(s) you will be emailed instructions on how to download the CONCA APP to book and build your summer schedule.
  • Select Summer Strength Phase 1 Phase 2 or Both.  enter your athlete’s name into each session you choose.
  • Sessions are approx. 80 minutes.



Middle School: Tues. & Thurs 9:30am – 10:45am | 3:00pm-4:15pm

Q – What if I have to go on vacation during my session?  Can I make up the workout?

A – If sessions are missed and there are openings in other sessions yes, you can schedule those on the app to make them up.

Q – What if at the end of the summer, I have a few sessions to make up?

A – These sessions are designated for Summer sessions 1 and 2.  There will not be a carry-over of summer sessions into the Fall 

Q – What if my available timeslot does not align with my availability?  For example, if I am a HS athlete can I come to the Jr. strength session and vice versa?  Is this the same if there were siblings of different age groups?

A – More than likely yes, we will make that work. However, we will address this on an individual basis to make sure it’s a good fit all the way around.

Q – Will other days and times be added to the schedule

A – Depending on enrollment we may add additional days and time to meet the demand

Q – Will we be covering nutrition and mental preparation

A- Yes, these are two very critical components that will be addressed throughout the summer.
