Middle & High School Summer Strength Academy:
- YOU MUST schedule ahead of time.
- No Walk-Ins
- Once you purchase your session(s), you will be emailed instructions on how to download the CONCA APP to book and build your summer schedule.
- Select Summer Strength Phase 1, Phase 2, or Both. Enter your athlete’s name into each session you choose.
- Sessions are approx. 80-90 minutes.
