I've been training with the Conca Sports and Fitness team for the last two years. As a golf professional and still active in competitive golf at age 60, these two programs have both increased my strength and endurance while also helping with my flexibility. I would highly recommend their programs as they have enabled me to maintain and increase my performance on the course even as I've reached an age of typically diminishing returns
I started working with Steve @ CFS 4 years ago – at 69 years old now, his focus continues to be on my flexibility, balance, and core strength. I love golf. Steve has helped me develop a confidence over the golf ball I’ve never had, knowing that my body is balanced, flexible and strong enough to drive my hips through the ball. My distance off the tee matches my drives from 20 years ago.
