Meal plans from the start will not be a focus. People often feel like they’re either “on” them or “off” them. They feel like they’ve failed and are beyond hope if they’re not eating perfectly at every meal. Our coaching team is committed to helping you make a life-changing transformation. That’s why we have everyone commit to the program for 12 months. There is a complete system developed to evolve and committing for just a month or two will only scratch the surface of what you’ll be learning. Yes, you can stop after a few months but once you start you are not going to want to. You end up looking forward to signing into your course each morning. Listening or reading what is available for you today. It becomes a part of your routine. Also, this is a commitment you are making to yourself from the day you decide you are doing this for you. When things get tough, you have your coach to reach out to for support.

In complete transparency. We have been advised to offer 2 prices for this service. We are not going to do this route, but I’ll explain what others offer. The 1st option would be $279/mo with a personal coach for you to connect with as needed including weekly zoom sessions and any extra support, suggestions and a complete custom experience. Option #2 that many offer for $179 is for the usage of the software platform alone with virtually no personal contact from your coach. Here at CSF we did not like those options.
