Is the snow putting a crunch on your workouts?  Can’t get our on the road for a run?

Try this 30 min workout at home to fire up your metabolism, keep your HR going  as well as your strength.

All you need is a timer on your phone.

Warm-up for 5 min and cool down for 5 min each

Repeat the following sequence of exercises every 3 minutes for 30 minutes total.

Drop Squats x 1 5

Push Ups x 10

Straight leg sit up x 15

Split Squat L  x 10

Split Squat R x 10

A front and side plank for :30 each until the 3 minute mark on the timer is reached

Rest and repeat every 3 minutes for as many rounds as you can do in 30min  total!
