With over 24 years in the fitness industry, we’ve seen exercise and nutrition fads come and go. We, as a company, realize that our best advertisement is our client's results. We are not interested in creating just “another gym” or “fad”.  We are focused on creating a “culture” of like-minded individuals who are results-driven, positive, and understand that we can’t place a value on health. We firmly believe that every member contributes to the overall “vibe” and “energy” of our facility.

CSF was created for adults who are seeking a higher level of coaching, support accountability, and guidance.  We are here for adults seeking a better quality of life but can’t find the help and support they need to be successful in a traditional fitness environment. CSF will help you look, move and feel better with individualized coaching, attention to detail, program design and personal relationships. We are here to supply leadership if you’re struggling or just want to achieve your maximum potential.

Defining your WHY will help clarify your PURPOSE. Once you have a clear vision and purpose your will be better prepared to begin to change your behaviors over time.

Think about it like this: Instead of just declaring I need to lose 15 lbs, add one more piece to that thought. I need to lose 15 lbs because taking off the extra weight will allow me to ________? Identify the small behavioral goals that will create new habits and ultimately your long-term success.

THE IMPORTANCE OF STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength Training is the foundation of our programming here at CSF. Our STRONG community helps build STRONG individuals. True Strength Training will build physical strength and help reduce the risk of injury. NOTHING will get you leaner faster than Strength Training. Our coaches will guide, instruct, and inspire you in a fun, highly motivating environment that works with your busy schedule. Extremely High levels of coaching and accountability are present within this program.

TEAM TRAINING

This strength and conditioning program is for those who are looking for a challenge and want to be taken out of their comfort zone. In a safe, fun, team environment, our will coaches take you on a high-energy journey. Equipped with kettlebells, suspension trainers, sleds, battling ropes and a slew of other fun fitness equipment, you and your teammates will experience the ultimate rush. Find your inner child athlete sweat, laugh, and burn to reach your full potential.

SMALL GROUP INTENSIVE COACHING

All of our Small Group Intensive Coaching sessions provide individualized coaching with a personalized approach to meet your fitness level. In addition, every Small Group Coaching membership includes access to open gym and Metabolic team training sessions.
