  • Returning Collegiate and Prep School Athletes:
    Will have early unlimited access from 5/8 – 6/23 to begin their summer training.

    High School Athletes:
    Will become FASTER, STRONGER , and better CONDITIONED than they have ever been before.  They will gain a distinct advantage over their peers and dominate tryouts this Fall.

    Over the last 7 years the CSF Summer programs have helped produced 4 NCAA All Americans, 2 HS All-Americans and dozens of collegiate players. Most importantly they have build bodies resistant to injury while performing at the High school and college and professional level.

    Junior Athletes:
    Will establish the foundational movement patterns for optimal growth and development as well as enhance their speed, balance, coordination and confidence.

    Develop the fundamental patterns and physical literacy to establish the foundations for success.

    • Improve their self confidence.
    • Improve their speed, coordination, balance, and overall health and fitness in a fun and energetic environment.
    • Understand the importance of establishing good nutritional habits.

    Supplemental Speed and Conditioning:
    These additional add-on sessions will extend the focus on the following:

    • The technical aspects of acceleration and change of direction.
    • Developing the techniques for max velocity and top end speed.
    • Metabolic sports specific conditioning.
    • There will be no lifting on these days.
    • It is suggested that athletes supplement 1-2 days of their strength program with the supplemental speed as designated on the schedule.
    • Beginner Speed Academy and Advanced Speed Academy sessions available.

    This Is Not A Camp.

    In order for athletes to benefit and see noticeable improvement they need to workout consistently. This is a progressive strength & conditioning program that will yield awesome results if used appropriately. With part-time jobs, driver’s ed, and family vacations, the summer can be hectic. We have a flexible schedule to allow maximum availability so athletes can make the most of the summer. You can purchase 18, 27 or 36 sessions to spread out over the 9 weeks.

    Here’s How The Schedule Will Work For The Summer Programs:

    Middle & High School Summer Strength Academy:

    • 14 athletes per time block on the schedule so you will need to look at your summer plans and schedule accordingly. This will require a little more planning time on the front end, however, it will make the logistics of summer programming go more smoothly for everyone.
    • Download the CONCA APP to book and build your summer schedule.
    • Select Summer Strength and enter your athlete’s name into each session you choose.
    • There will be 2 payments, the first due with the initial purchase and the second will be auto-drafted on 7/26/17
    • Sessions are 90 minutes.
    • Please read This: ***MUST HAVE CONDITIONING TOOL FOR SUMMER PROGRAM***

    Junior Strength Academy:

    • Jr. Strength Academy will be offered in two (2) – 4 week sessions (see below).
    • 12 athletes per time block to keep a 6:1 coach to athlete ratio.
    • Download the CONCA APP book and build your summer schedule.
    • Select Jr. Strength  and enter your athlete’s name into each session you choose.
    • There will be 1 payment for each session due with the initial purchase.
    • Sessions are 60 minutes.

    Supplemental Speed, Agility and Conditioning Academy: 

    • 12 athletes per time block on the schedule.
    • Download the CONCA APP to book and build your summer schedule.
    • Select Supplemental Speed and enter your athlete’s name into each session you choose.
    • Beginner Speed Academy and Advanced Speed Academy sessions are available.
    • There will be no lifting on these days.
    • It is suggested that athletes supplement 1-2 days of their strength program with the supplemental speed as designated on the schedule.
    • There will be 2 payments, the first due with the initial purchase and the second will be auto-drafted on 7/26/17.
    • Sessions are 75 minutes.

    Supplemental Speed, Agility and Conditioning Academy:
    9 sessions – 2 payments of $99
