I wanted to take the time to thank you for all of your help, guidance and support during my rehab from my ACL injury this past winter and early spring. Not being able to play the sport I love for my sophomore year was one of the hardest things I had to go through but with the support of my parents, teammates, coaches, doctors and of course you I was able to return to the field this past Spring and start my journey on my path to getting back to being the player I was before my injury.
While the early Spring was tough having not being on a soccer field for over a year things got steadily better as the season went on and then into Summer league and finally at the end of this past Fall season as a member of the Ludlow High School Lady Lions Varsity team. I truly believe that it was the extra training and conditioning drills you put me through along with proper technique relevant to landing, jumping, cutting and sprinting that helped me get back to where I wanted to be when I began my rehab with you in December of 2016. I felt stronger and faster as the fall season went on as a result of your guidance and work we did over the winter/spring and the drills I did at home you suggested throughout the season.
I played in every game this season and was a consistent starter again on defense for the better part of the year and cannot tell you how much it meant to me to be back on the field with my teammates, competing and playing the sport I love. I owe that to you and your program which helped me prep and be aware of what I needed to do in your gym and outside on my own to be in that position. I am very much looking forward to my senior season and plan to have my parents reach out to you regarding additional training over the winter and into spring.
Thank you again for all of your help and I would recommend your program and services to anyone coming back from a serious knee injury who plays soccer.

After starting to train with Coach Conca this winter (January 2013) I saw huge improvements in many areas. My strength, power, and speed increased over a short period of 4 weeks. More importantly my mobility, flexibility, and functionality all drastically improved. As a baseball player, or any athlete, those three areas are often overlooked, but to me they are the most important areas of training.Of course I want to be strong and powerful and fast but I need to be able to translate it to specific athletic movements (swinging, throwing, fielding,etc.) and stay healthy over the course of a long season. The attention to detail and expertise of Coach Conca and everyone who works at Conca Sport and Fitness are phenomenal. I felt great going into spring training this year and feel just as good as the season is about to start.
I started seriously training as a sophomore in high school but did not understand all that goes into it until recently. Working out with Coach Conca at a young age would be extremely beneficial. You are going to learn the correct way to train in an energetic, blue-collar type atmosphere. Coach Conca has equipped me and will equip any young athlete with the knowledge and skills to properly take care of your body on and off of the field. I am very excited to come back to Conca Sport and Fitness next winter for a full off-season of training.

Working this summer with Conca Sport and Fitness was exactly what I needed to prepare myself for success at the DIII college level. Coming in the Fall semester of school and workout phase of hockey, I feel that I am not only in the best shape of my life, but the healthiest. I have noticed that my fitness has improved greatly over the past three-four months, something that hopefully will be the edge amongst other goalies at the college level.
